It's not the same as clinical therapy for mental health conditions — it's structured support for growth, change, and building the emotional health that every area of your life depends on.
Yes. Clinical therapy is designed to treat diagnosed mental health conditions. Coaching is forward-focused — it's for people who want structured support to grow, change patterns, and build a healthier emotional life. Coaching is often a powerful next step after therapy, or the right starting point for those who don't require clinical treatment but are ready to do meaningful work on themselves.
All sessions are delivered live, one-to-one via Microsoft Teams. Each session is 60 minutes and builds on the work from the previous week. Between sessions, you'll have short reflection prompts and practical tools to apply in your everyday life. Sessions are scheduled at a time that works for you.
Absolutely. Our methods are grounded in evidence-based tools, and your faith, values, and beliefs are fully welcomed as part of the work. Many of the people we work with find that their spiritual life is deeply connected to their emotional health, and that perspective is always honoured in sessions.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged in full. We understand life happens — giving early notice means we can offer that time to someone else who needs it.
Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is treated with the highest level of privacy and discretion. There are specific professional and legal exceptions — for example, where there is serious risk of harm — and these are always explained transparently during your first session.
